Changed the way that shelving is done in stores to allow people of all sizes to reach things through an incremental and a radical design. The incremental design is something just pushes the next box forward allowing there to always be a product up front. And the radical is the idea of sliding shelves that way everyone can always reach the product they want even if its hidden in the back.
